Margarito G. Navarro began his career in the concrete business in 1993. In 1995 Mr. Navarro launched “Navarro Concrete” Servicing both Residential and Commercial Construction. In time the Company began to grow and increase in volume, Therefore Mr. Navarro established “MGN Construction, Inc.”, and as of today we are known as OCAP Construction Services, LLC.
